Once we have an outline of your vision, our team will gather vendor proposals and review contracts for various aspects of your wedding such as catering, floral, music, transportation, and anything else needed to make the day a success. We will then work with your selected vendors to create a timeline, floor plan, rental order, scheduling and attending meetings as needed, and handling any other necessary arrangements. Our team will oversee set up big day, ensuring all decor and rentals are according to plan. Throughout the day, we will guide you and your bridal party through the flow of activities while you soak in the moments and enjoy the experience. As guests depart, our team will supervise vendor load out and gather any personal decor and gifts.
Partial Planning
This package is designed for couples and their families who want an active, hands-on role in the planning process with our professional guidance, resources, and support. You are encouraged to take advantage of our vast experience and insider knowledge to guide your planning decisions. Our team will help navigate details with your vendors and offer recommendations regarding any missing elements. We will work together to create the timeline and design plan for your celebration. Our skillful staff will set up your personal decor, manage your vendors, and lead you and your guests through the big day.
Social Events
We can help with any and all aspects of your celebration with our all-inclusive and a la cart customizable packages. From coat check to clean up, our team will establish a plan for your vision and manage all of the details while you enjoy the party! Our team will work with you to create the ultimate plan for your special occasion. We then take care of all the details, including a design plan, timeline, and booking any necessary vendors.
