'Sirens of Summer' raised over $15,000 for local charity Colin's Hope!
On summer's eve, ButterFly Bridal & Events hosted Sirens of Summer Soiree raising $15,000 for local non-profit Colin's Hope. Colin's Hope is a local non-profit envisioning a world where children do not drown. Their efforts raise water safety awareness and drowning prevention offering a variety of water safety resources.
Guests arrived by tropical themed pedicabs and were welcomed with the sounds of guitar and steel drums into the historical Graeber House. After enjoying themed cocktails, passed hors d'oeuvres, and Cookie Fairy creations, crowds gathered by the indoor swimming pool to witness live mermaids dive for prizes including tropical island getaways and deep sea treasures donated by our local sponsors.
To help showcase the message of Colin's Hope, a beautiful custom pool barrier was installed surrounding the Graeber House's indoor pool with plexy glass on a stained wood platform, containing the colorful mermaids splashing in the pool and snapping photos with guests in the beautiful and festive ambiance.
